the room was immaculate, everything was clean. i had a great night's sleep, and the room offered everything i needed. as a solo traveler i felt safe. the value for money was very nice based on my previous city stays.
the bar person was unhelpful and borderline rude. i asked for a coke with vodka and Sprite. the drinks he gave us were sugar free versions. he did not care and did not listen.

the restaurant and bar are nice, the hotel seemed new. a tesco express is very close, convenient. the lobby area was comfortable and inviting.

the location provided easy access to nearby attractions. i found the staff cute and eager to assist with directions and information i needed. the cleanliness of the room was perfect i could really relax there. the shower had very good water pressure i could enjoy a refreshing wash.
the room i stayed in felt quite small , made moving around with luggage a bit tricky. i noticed the air conditioning unit made some noise overnight it was distracting for me. i missed having tea and coffee in the room. it would have added a nice touch of comfort i thought.
